It’s time to buckle up as the world’s top sim racers kick into high gear for a shot at winning the Rennsport at EWC 25 title. Only one team can drive home with the lion’s share of $500,000.

A recent title, Rennsport is quickly turning heads in the sim racing scene. This game features high-performance race cars being driven on accurate versions of real-world tracks. Rennsport has taken the spotlight at the Esports World Cup 2025 event from July 8th to 11th.
Rennsport R1 2025 Spring Format and Journey to the Esports World Cup Finals
Since only Porsche Coanda, Team Redline, and Virtus.pro qualified directly to the Rennsport at EWC 25 Group Stage, the other six teams had to hit the tracks of the EWC 2025 tournament for the remaining three spots.
On the first day, BS+COMPETITION, Atlassian Williams Sim Racing, MOUZ, Team Vitality, Mercedes-AMG Esports Team MSI, and Team Falcons went full throttle. These teams split into two groups before competing in three races. After earning the most points, Team Vitality and MOUZ advanced to the Group Stage. Team Falcons and Mercedes-AMG Esports Team MSI were eliminated.
Meanwhile, the remaining teams had one last chance to go further. As the team with the lowest points, it was the end of BS+COMPETITION’s journey.

Rennsport at EWC 25 Finals: Where to Watch and What to Expect
The Rennsport at EWC 25 Finals kick off on July 11th with Team Vitality, Virtus.pro, and Team Redline at the starting line. The stream is available on YouTube and the official Rennsport at EWC page. Over eight races, the first team to reach 250 points will take home the gold.

Team Redline
Team Redline entered the competition as the team to watch – and they lived up to the hype by dominating every stage. The BMW M4 GT3 roster of Luke Bennett, Jeffrey Rietveld, Enzo Bonito, Kevin Siggy, and Sebastian Job carries huge expectations heading into the final.
While Luke Bennett won ESL R1 Spring 2024, Jeffrey Rietveld earned multiple titles across Rennsport and rFactor 2. Enzo Bonito secured victories at the ESL R1 Spring Season, VCO Esports Racing World Cup II, and VCO Esports Racing World Cup II: Day 2 – rFactor 2 in 2023, all under the Team Redline banner. First-ever sim racing World Champion Kevin Siggy and 2025 F1 Sim Racing World Champion Sebastian Job further add to Team Redline’s high caliber.

Virtus.pro
Don’t underestimate Virtus.pro and its Vantage GT3 drivers. The team qualified early for the Rennsport at EWC Group Stage and backed it up with a steady climb to the finals.
Leading up to this year’s Esports World Cup, Kevin Ellis Jr. delivered consistent performances at S-Tier Rennsport events, while Dáire McCormack secured podium finishes over the years – including at the Virtual Endurance Masters Season 2 in 2024, the ESL R1 Fall Season in 2023, and the SRO Esports GTWC Europe Sprint Series in 2022. Vojtěch Fiala and Mikhail Statsenko helped Virtus.pro claim third place at the Rennsport R1 2025 Spring Season competition as well, showing the world that Virtus.pro can rise together as a strong contender for gold.

Team Vitality
Team Vitality and its roster of Vantage GT3 drivers entered Rennsport at EWC with something to prove. They quickly made their mark by advancing to the Group Stage. Although placed in the lower bracket of the Playoff Stage, they climbed their way to the top with a 156-point run to earn a well-deserved spot in the finals.
Team Vitality’s racers, Thibault Cazaubon, Marcell Csincsik, Erhan Jajovski, and Jiri Toman, each played a role in securing second place at last year’s EWC ESL R1 Spring event. Before uniting under the Team Vitality banner, they all competed for R8G Esports. With strong team chemistry and building momentum, gold is within sight.
