About
The Characters: We start where every fighters’ journey left off in the previous season. Kazuya is on a path towards world domination. Lili has a long-time rival she wants to beat. Every character has their own fighting style that pro players must master, from Rage Arts to Heat Systems to fast-thinking counterattacks.
The Plot: TEKKEN 8 tourneys have long-time competitors face off 1v1 for a chance at the Top 8. They must select a fighter that best suits their playstyle and skillset to get there.
Matches are incredibly fast-paced and intense, with players finding the perfect time to strike, unleash combos, and utilize special abilities.
Why: Nothing is more heart-pounding than two pro players with health bars one hit from death, fighting strategically and intensely on stage. The FGC is one of the most passionate groups there is, making TEKKEN 8 at EWC one of the most intense tournaments to witness. There will be long-time rivalries playing out on stage, tears, and an audience that is on the edge of their seats the whole time.

March pushed the Road to EWC forward, delivering decisive results across multiple esports titles and confirming key qualifiers for the season ahead. Nongshim RedForce dominated VCT Masters Santiago in VALORANT, T1’s Tseng “ZJZ” Chia-chen and Tsunehiro “Gachikun” Kanamori claimed top honors in FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves and Street Fighter 6 at DreamHack Birmingham, and Trackmania and Call of Duty: Warzone qualifiers gave clubs and players a place to Riyadh.
