EWC 2026: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

The race for the ultimate crown in esports is heating up. As we look toward the summer of 2026, the Esports World Cup Club Championship is returning with even higher stakes, more refined rules, and a prize pool that redefines what it means to be the world’s best multi-title organization.

Who Will Rise Up?

No matter where you’re from or what language you speak, you only need one thing to qualify for the Esports World Cup: passion for the game.

Qualifiers For All

The Road to EWC is the global qualification pathway that turns ambition into opportunity. Through publisher and independently run circuts, players earn their place at EWC by proving themselves against elite competition in their region, gaining both experience and visibility along the way.

Become a Champion

This path is intentionally demanding. Qualifying for the Esports World Cup is never easy, but it has also produced some of the event’s most memorable stories. In EA FC 2024, João "jafonsogv" Vasconcelos fought through the Last Chance Qualifier in Riyadh before going on to win the EA Sport FC main event. Last year, Team Falcons entered the Overwatch Champions Series 2025 Midseason Championship through the Last Chance Qualifier and completed a remarkable run that ended with them lifting the trophy. Road to EWC rewards perseverance, and for those who endure it, the payoff can be historic.
