The Opportunity

A Guaranteed Slot

A reserved place in the official EWC qualification pathway.

Your Operation

Full creative and commercial control, produced to EWC standards.

Global Stage

Your winners advance directly into the EWC main event, no Last Chance Qualifier.

What's In It For You

You’ll receive official EWC co-branding and access to exclusive slot allocation through an RFP process, rather than open enrollment. You retain the full commercial upside for sponsorships, ticketing, and co-branding revenue, while EWC covers travel and accommodation for your qualified winners.

The winner of your qualifier earns a direct slot to the EWC main event, representing a guaranteed prize pool opportunity before they even play a match on the main stage.

How it Works

Four steps from application to the main stage.
