Co-Streaming Rights

Co-Streaming Application

To apply for rights to co-stream the Esports World Cup 2025 Qualifiers please fill out the above Co-Streaming Application! Please also note and adhere to the below guidelines.


When Co-Streaming our tournament, the co-streamer commits to:

Using the EWC official Twitch or YouTube Broadcast or the link provided by the EWC Team

For example: youtube.com/@ewc

Using the following standardised format as streaming title “Full tournament name - Team A vs. Team B”, for example, “EWC 2025 CS2 - NAVI vs. FaZe Clan”

Keeping EWC’s sponsorship integrations visible through the entirety of the broadcast. Make sure your webcam or other overlays are not hiding or interfering with any of EWC’s sponsorship integrations

Not integrating any commercial sponsors into any EWC content, this includes, but is not limited to sponsor integrations on:

  • Stream Overlay
  • Webcam background
  • Chat bot messages
  • Social media posts related to the event
  • Voice shoutouts

You will ensure a continuous and pleasant viewing experience for the viewers and refrain from frequent interruptions of the broadcast. Including but not limited to:

  • In-Game
  • Studio Analysis
  • Match Previews
  • Interviews

Create a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring proper moderation of your chat

Be sure to inform your audience that any views, thoughts or opinions expressed do not represent EWCF

EWC reserves the right to terminate access to co-streaming of our products at any time.


Please be sure to request co-streaming rights at least 3 business days prior to the start of the event you are looking to stream.

Requests sent after the above deadline will not be considered.
