The sixth week of the Esports World Cup 2026 showcases five competitions.

With the world watching from home, fans at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles can experience the action firsthand as EWC 26 enters another week of competition. Week 6 features championship battles in Rocket League, Chess, Rainbow Six Siege, and PUBG Mobile, alongside Group Stage action in Counter-Strike 2.

PUBG Mobile World Cup at EWC 26

The PUBG Mobile World Cup Group Stage has finished, with 16 teams advancing directly to the Grand Finals and the remaining teams moving into the Survival Stage. From August 11 to 12, 16 teams will battle across 12 matches, with the top six earning a spot in the Grand Finals and the bottom 10 eliminated. The Grand Finals then take place from August 14 to 16, with 16 teams competing across up to 18 matches, including the Smash Rule on the final day.

Rainbow Six Siege at EWC 26

The Rainbow Six Siege Play-Ins and Group Stage have concluded, with eight teams advancing to the Playoffs. The remaining bracket will feature a single-elimination format, with all matches played as best-of-three except for the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-five.

Chess at EWC 26

Chess at EWC 2026 runs from August 11 to August 15, beginning with an eight-player double-elimination Play-In on August 11, where matches consist of two games using a 10-minute time control with no increment and Armageddon as a tiebreaker. The Group Stage follows on August 12 and 13, with two groups of eight competing in double-elimination brackets under the same match format.

The top eight then advance to the Playoffs on August 14 and 15, where a single-elimination bracket features four-game quarterfinals, six-game semifinals and a Grand Final played as a best-of-three sets, with the first two sets consisting of four games and a potential final set consisting of two games.

Esports World Cup 2026 featuring Rocket League

The Rocket League Group Stage runs from August 12 to 14, with 16 teams split into two GSL groups of eight. Upper Bracket matches are best-of-five, while Lower Bracket matches are best-of-seven, with the top four teams from each group advancing to the Playoffs. The eight-team Playoffs begin August 15 in a single-elimination format, with all matches played as best-of-seven except for the third-place match, which is best-of-five.

Counter-Strike 2 at EWC 26 Group Stage

For Counter-Strike 2 at EWC 26, the Group Stage features four double-elimination GSL groups, each with eight teams. Opening matches are best-of-one, while all following matches are best-of-three, with the top four teams from each group advancing to the Playoffs in Week 7.
