The second week of the Esports World Cup 2026 showcases four huge competitions.
With all the spectacle broadcast to fans at home, those journeying to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles can experience the atmosphere close up. This week, top competitors from around the globe in League of Legends, Dota 2, Free Fire, and MLBB MWI take the stage to stake their claim to greatness.
League of Legends at EWC 26
League of Legends at EWC 26 challenges 16 top League of Legends teams from around the globe to survive one of just three international competitions they’ll compete in this year. With the orgs seeded into four separate group-stage brackets, and challenged with the Fearless Draft format, only the greatest competitors will make it to the playoffs on July 17, before a champion is crowned on Sunday, July 19.
Free Fire at EWC 26
24 of the world’s best squads are set to clash in Free Fire at EWC 26. From Wednesday, July 15, teams from around the globe will scramble to be the ones left shouting “Booyah!” when the tournament concludes on Saturday the 18th.
Dota 2 at EWC 26
After a week of intense Group Stage matches, Dota 2 at the Esports World Cup 2026 culminates in Week 2 with a make-or-break Survivor Stage challenging 12 hopeful teams to join four seeded finalists in the playoff bracket on July 16. The final eight teams will then compete for one of the largest prize pools on the Dota 2 calendar, the victor lifting their trophy on July 19.
MLBB MWI at EWC 26
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women's International 2026 at the Esports World Cup starts on July 14 and will pit 16 of the best women’s rosters against each other in the biggest event of the year. Teams will compete in two group brackets, before colliding in the final Knockout Stage starting July 17. The event will culminate with the Grand Finals on July 18.
