Where we dropping?
The Characters: Every match of PUBG starts with all the teams dropping out of an aerial craft onto an island with numerous locations stacked with loot. Players loot up with guns, armor, and grenades and head out to hunt down the enemies on the server. Everyone starts off the same, but only some teams will rise above the rest due to their strategic rotations, relentless looting, and incredible gunplay when faced with a fight.
The Plot: PUBG is one of the most influential battle royale games.
It can be credited with developing many of the modern genre's staples, including dropping in from the sky, the loot formula, and the shrinking play area. But PUBG remains the most gritty and grounded in reality, making each match very intense to watch as the map grows smaller.
Why: OGs of the PUBG scene will be duking it out on the EWC stage, fighting for the chicken dinner and their share of the massive prize pool. Expect intense team fights, mind-blowing strategies, and lifelike action.

Road to EWC: March 2026
March pushed the Road to EWC forward, delivering decisive results across multiple esports titles and confirming key qualifiers for the season ahead. Nongshim RedForce dominated VCT Masters Santiago in VALORANT, T1’s Tseng “ZJZ” Chia-chen and Tsunehiro “Gachikun” Kanamori claimed top honors in FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves and Street Fighter 6 at DreamHack Birmingham, and Trackmania and Call of Duty: Warzone qualifiers gave clubs and players a place to Riyadh.

T1's Tseng "ZJZ" Chia-chen conquered the FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves field and Tsunehiro "gachikun" Kanamori emerged victorious within the Street Fighter 6 competition at DreamHack Birmingham alongside intense Road to EWC qualifiers. Team Vitality's Thomas "Pac" Cole, along with eight other competitors, qualified for Trackmania at EWC 26 while Team Falcons and three other teams qualified for COD: Warzone at EWC 26.
