1. Eligibility

• Only participants who have completed the required steps via the official Quest System (i.e., collecting and exchanging stickers) are eligible to enter the raffle.
• Each participant is allowed one active physical map at a time.
• If a participant loses or damages their map, they may request a replacement; however, previous progress will not be carried over.
• Staff, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the raffle.
• Participants must be physically present in [Saudi Arabia / Event Country] at the time of prize collection.
• Participation in the Raffle Draw is completely free of charge and does not require any purchase of products, services, or payment of any kind

2. Raffle Draw Details

• The raffle draw will occur once per week, every Monday at 9:00 PM, live on-site and broadcast through official Play Park Zone digital platforms.
• Up to 10 winners will be selected at random each week.
• Winners will be selected from valid entries submitted via the designated kiosks before1:00 AM Monday each week.
• The Raffel will be conducted using a randomized digital selection system, ensuringfairness and transparency, with all valid entries compiled into the system, which willthen randomly select the winners without human interference.

3. Notification & Winner Contact

• Only the selected winners will be contacted.
• Winners will be notified by phone and email.
• Each winner will receive a unique verification PIN via email for prize claim purposes.
• If the winner does not respond to the initial contact attempts (up to 3 calls and 1 follow-up email), the prize will remain on hold for 5 days as per the claim period. After this period, if unclaimed, the prize is considered forfeited and may be reallocated.

4. Prize Collection Rules:

• All prizes must be claimed within 5 calendar days from the date of the winner announcement.
• Prizes must be collected in person at the designated Prize Distribution Area within the Play Park Zone.
• A copy of the winner’s ID or passport must be presented for verification purposes.The winner consents to the Organizer retaining a copy of such identification solely for administrative and record-keeping purposes.
• Shipping or delivery of prizes is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Failure to claim the prize within the 5-day window will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, with no exceptions or extensions.

5. Proxy Collection Policy

• A proxy may collect the prize on behalf of the winner under the following conditions:
• The proxy must present the unique verification PIN assigned to the winner.
• The proxy must present a signed authorization letter from the winner.
• A copy of the proxy’s ID or passport must be presented for verification purposes. The proxy consents to the Organizer retaining a copy of such identification solely for administrative and record-keeping purposes.
• The proxy must sign a prize collection form confirming receipt on behalf of the winner.

6. Confirmation & Verification

To claim a prize (whether by the winner or a proxy), the following are required

• Verification PIN (issued by email upon winning)
• Signed prize collection form (provided at the prize desk)
• Authorization letter (only in case of proxy collection)

7. Legal Hold Period

As per applicable local regulations, the maximum hold period for prize claims is five (5) calendar days after the announcement. This is a legally acceptable time frame for temporary reward holding.

8. Forfeiture & Redraw

• Any unclaimed prize after the 5-day collection period is considered forfeited.
• Organizers reserve the right to discard, retain, or reallocate any unclaimed prize.
• There will be no redraws or replacements.

9. General Conditions

• Raffle entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substitutes.
• Organizers reserve the right to update or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
• Participants may optionally consent to have their name and/or image used in promotional materials related to the event.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• All disputes related to this raffle shall be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (or host country).
• Legal jurisdiction rests with the competent local courts.
• All decisions made by the event organizers are final and binding.

11. Personal Data Consent

By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data (including but not limited to National ID/Iqama/passport copy, phone number, and email) solely for the purpose of raffle draw administration and prize distribution, in accordance with applicable Saudi laws. This data will not be shared with unrelated third parties.
