By submitting your application to participate in the EWC Festival Stars Initiative, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By registering, you agree to uphold the integrity and confidentiality of all information exchanged throughout this process. Any participant found to be sharing confidential information without proper authorization will face disqualification. This applies to both personal data and event-related details.
Confidentiality
You agree to keep all details regarding this event, your application, and any data shared during the partnership confidential. You agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the event organizers.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be either a Saudi national or a resident of Saudi Arabia at the time of registration.
Applicants must be 12 years old or older.
Category Requirements
Applicants are required to meet the criteria specified for the category they are applying for. Only applications that align with the designated category will be considered.
Application Review Process
Applications will be reviewed based on a [first-come, first-serve basis / skill, experience, and enthusiasm] criteria. Please ensure that your application accurately reflects your qualifications and enthusiasm for the event.
Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted by May 31, 2025. Late applications will not be considered.
Incomplete or False Information
Any application that is incomplete or contains false information will be disqualified from participating in the event.
Right to Disqualify
The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any applicant who does not meet the criteria or engages in fraudulent activity.
Disqualification for False Information
If, after selection, it is discovered that the chosen participant is not who they claim to be or has provided false information, they will be immediately disqualified in order to maintain the festival's integrity.
